Common issues

Playback issues?

Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. Make sure your browser is up to date and hardware acceleration is enabled.

Cannot download?

Downloads require a Pro plan. Confirm your subscription is active in the client portal.

Subtitle problems?

Ensure your M3U playlist includes subtitle tracks. Pro users can also use subtitle search to add them.

Playlist not loading?

Double-check the M3U / Xtream URL and credentials. If the source is reachable in a browser, the player will read it.

Buffering on some channels?

Buffering usually comes from the source stream or your connection. Try a wired connection or a different source to compare.
